- You can order from www.alhafezpharmacy.com, checkout as a “Guest User” or by Registering an account.

- If you register and create an Account, you are a “Registered User”. To be a Registered user, you must provide true and accurate information (including your name, date of birth, e-mail address) as requested during the Account creation process. 

- It is your responsibility to provide true and accurate information when you register

Payment:

- All prices on this website are given in Kuwaiti Dinars, and all charges will be processed in the currency specified.

- If collection through the payment provider fails for any reason, Al-Hafez will send you an invoice for the amount due, which must be paid in cash while delivering the order. 

- If a payment has been received for an individual product that has been ordered but is no longer available, AL Hafez will attempt to provide you a suitable replacement or provide a full refund.

Return Policy:

- Exchange of products is acceptable provided the product should be in good condition as packed, along with the invoice and request should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

- Refunds made on Knet, MasterCard or Visa may take up to 7 Days

Home Delivery:

To order from www.alhafezpharmacy.com, you need to browse the products in the website and add the chosen one(s) to your shopping cart then go through the payment process. We deliver anywhere in Kuwait for FREE.

The more specific the address details you provide us, the shorter the delivery time would be. Orders usually take 45 minutes to be delivered. We make all the effort to deliver Products within the mentioned delivery time, however, occasional delays are possible due to unavoidable circumstances. AlHafez Trading company shall be under no liability for any delay to deliver the Products within the mentioned delivery time. You can update, or add new delivery address details every time you place an order.
